The
International Secretary General (ISG) Newsletter is
compiled and published monthly by the International
Administration Centre, Nottingham.
The newsletter is circulated to all
National Sections, including Secretary
Generals and National Presidents as well as to National Editors and
IPA Commission Members. It contains the latest IPA news,
diary dates and administrative information.
Items for publication in this newsletter must be sent to the
IAC and NOT
to the Webmaster.

enquiries regarding the Russian IEC Conference have
been published.
Sections can also obtain details and the IEC
Registartion Form by asking the IAC or by visiting
Section Russia's website

Our International
President has been told by the Russian Embassy in
Cyprus to suggest to National Sections that they ask
their Ministry of Foreign Affairs to contact the
appropriate Russian Embassies and/or Consulates to
please give priority to IPA applicants.
Michael Odysseos also suggests that
where possible National Sections should take a
decision as early as possible as to who will be the
Delegate and Observer(s) to attend the 35th IEC
Conference in Russia |

The IPA Houses
website has been redesigned, giving easier access to
details of the properties available.
IPA now
has over 40 properties worldwide where members can
stay in reasonably priced accommodation.

- Arthur Troop
Scholarship 2009
|
|
 |
Applications are invited for the Arthur Troop
Scholarship 2009. Ten Scholarships of up to 3,000
Swiss Francs each will be awarded. Hopefully
applications will be received from young members
from all Continents. Application forms should be
returned to the IAC no later than the 30th September
2008.
