IPA Delegates and Observers

The IEC is composed of one delegate from each Section and of the Permanent Executive Bureau (PEB). The IEC meets every three years at an IPA World Congress, and between Congresses, once a year at an IEC conference.
The delegate from each Section, providing voting rights have not been suspended in accordance with the Association's rules, is invited to attend the IPA World Congress and IEC Conferences at the expense of the Association.
Each member section and the PEB have one vote in the IEC. Where a Section is prevented from attending, that Section may be represented by another Section |
